We offer the option for customers to choose 'collection' as a shipment method, allowing your order to be picked up from our Chiswick store at time and date that works for you (within our business hours).
The process is really easy but we'll run through it here:
Step 1 - Add products to your cart
Browse our vast selection of diving and snorkelling equipment, adding the kit you want to your cart.
Step 2 - Head to your cart
Click on the cart icon to see a summary of the items you are about to purchase. Here you will be able to any notes to your order before choosing whether you would like the order to be shipped or collected from our store.
Step 3 - Choose 'Collection in Store'
Clicking 'Collection in Store' will allow you to choose a date and time from the pop up options. Once you have selected your preferred date and time you can proceed to the checkout to continue the payment process.
Step 4 - Customer Information
If you already have a Mike's Dive Store account you can log in here to automatically populate details from this point forward. If not you'll need to fill in the required information here but we have automatically populate the delivery address with our store location. You also have the option to tick the box to create an account and start collecting Plankton Points for money off future orders.
Step 5 - Shipping Method
Select 'Store Pickup' as your shipping method and continue to the payment method screen.
Step 6 - Payment Method
Choose how you want to pay for your order and enter your payment details. If your order is over £500 you'll also have the option to set up a finance agreement and pay in instalments
If you are checking out as a guest or you are creating a new account with this order you'll need to add your billing address by selecting 'Use a different billing address' otherwise your payment may not be processed correctly or refused.
Click 'Review Order' to continue and place your order
