Nitrox Computers

A nitrox computer refers to a computer that has the capability to calculate decompression limits based on gas blends with an O2 percentage greater than 21%, ie Enriched Air!

Pretty much every modern entry level computer has nitrox features built in to them up to blends of 40%, which is the recreational limit anyway - so you can be fairly sure you won't be buying something you'll regret by sticking to the major brands.

If you are looking to use gas blends of over 40% then you'll be looking at the more advanced or technical computers on the market some of which can handle everything up to rebreather calculations!
