How and when when I receive my exchanged item?

Once we have received your order back for refund it will be processed within five working days.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange and the exchanged item is of a lower value then a refund will be issued for the difference.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value, then our Customer Service team will be in touch to take the additional payment required.
If the exchanged item is of the same value (Ie size exchange) then the exchanged item will be sent out as soon as it is available.

Usually exchanged items are sent by our standard shipping method, if you need your exchange to be sent on a Next Day service please contact us to let us know and we can arrange to collect the additional payment.
